Burgh St Peter in Norfolk was once supposed to be one of the regular haunts of the Devil. There was a stile in a field, leading into the main road, which the Devil was said to sit upon once a year. The locals were not certain of the exact day and so shunned it all year round just to be on the safe side!
A stile was often thought to mark the boundary between this world and the next, especially those leading to churchyards.

I believe in the idea of devil because they truly exist. They are the ones that fuels our desire to do bad things and this isn't good. Hopefully, we would learn to say "no" to different temptations because it will never be a good idea. If you let an evil have a ticket to control you, you might lose everything, including all the blessings that you have right now. This is an old folk, but still reflects the reality that is happening in our world right now!
